The area is excellent for walking and cycling.
- On the fenced property there is a 10x4m swimming pool with a depth of 2m. Around the pool is a tiled terrace with several furnished seating and lounge areas.
- There is an outdoor grill and a beautiful Mediterranean garden with palm, yucca, mimosa and lemon trees.
- Swimming pool and garden offer a lot of privacy and peace, sunshine and a fantastic sea view.
