Villa Royal is located in the white mountain village of Salobreña, in the mountains of Monte de los Almendros. The modern, white plastered villa was built in 2017.

The house has several terraces and an infinity pool.

The distance from the house to the beach is about 2000 metres.

Villa Royal is distinguished by its enormous glass front and high ceilings up to the second level, giving a great spatial effect. The south and east facing windows give fantastic views over the Mediterranean and the picturesque white village of Salobreña, with its 15th century Moorish castle lit up at night and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

The ground floor is suitable for people with mobility problems or in wheelchairs.
There is air conditioning (hot and cold,) adjustable per room, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. There is a garage at the house for several cars.

At the infinity pool there are lounge chairs, a dining table and a gas barbecue. There are sunshades on each terrace.

The beach, restaurants and shops are a 10-minute drive away.

In the surroundings you can play golf, hike, ski in the Sierra Nevada and visit the beautiful cities of Granada with its famous Alhambra and Malaga.

You are not allowed to bring pets to Villa Royal.
