Villa Verde is located in the white mountain village of Salobreña, in the mountains of Monte de los Almendros. The modern villa, divided over 3 levels, was built in 2015.
The house is surrounded by a garden with hot tub and sauna, several terraces and an infinity pool.
The distance from the house to the beach is about 2000 metres.

Villa Verde is a luxurious, high quality finished villa with a large infinity pool with fantastic views over the Mediterranean, Solabrena and the Moorish castle which is illuminated at night.
- The villa is built in such a way that it is very suitable for a family reunion, workshops, retreat. Also with a small group the house is very pleasant.
- With separate suite, sauna in the garden and gym.
- The beach, restaurants and shops are 10 minutes away.
- Nearby you can play golf, hike, ski in the Sierra Nevada and visit the beautiful cities of Granada with its famous Alhambra and Malaga.
You may bring a pet to Villa Verde.

| Villa Verde ligt op de mooie heuvel Monte de los Almendros te midden van andere luxe villa’s. Op 2 minuten rijden ligt het gemeenschappelijke recreatieterrein. Gasten kunnen gratis gebruik maken van de tennisbaan, het zwembad, een kinderbad en kleine speeltuin, een klein voetbalveld en een eenvoudig restaurant (tijdens de zomermaanden), waar elke zondag een smakelijk paella wordt geserveerd. |
