Villa Perla is situated in the white mountain village of Salobreña, in the mountains of Monte de los Almendros.
The house has an infinity saltwater pool, a garden, several (covered) terraces and a car park.
The distance from the house to the beach, on the Costa Tropical, is about 2000 metres.

From Villa Perla `s spacious terrace, you have fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque white village of Salobreña, with its 15th-century Moorish castle that is illuminated `at night. Enjoy the good life by the side of the lovely pool!
- There is air conditioning (hot and cold,) controllable per room, WiFi and international TV channels, shutters for the windows and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
- The beach, restaurants and shops are a 10-minute drive away.
- The area has a lot to offer in terms of sports and culture; golf, hiking, skiing in the Sierra Nevada and the beautiful cities of Granada with its famous Alhambra and Malaga with its Picasso museum, among others.
You are not allowed to bring pets to Villa Perla.
